Location Information: When you activate hardware products or use our applications, you may provide location-related information. If your location is collected through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth from your mobile device or other Creality products, please note that such sensors and related data services may be provided by third parties. Device-Related Information: When you activate products and request after-sales service, you may provide us with your device information, including model and serial number. To provide after-sales service, our team may request device data from you. We collect and use the information you provide when you send instructions to the product.
Technical Information: When you visit our website or use our mobile applications, you may provide us with technical information about the browser or application running on your device.
