  • Models Stored on SD Cards: Models stored on SD cards that you initiate tasks with.

  • Location Information: When you activate hardware products or use our applications, you may provide location-related information. To provide your location, you may need to enable certain device features (such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth) to identify your location through various methods (including IP address, mobile app list information, mobile signal tower locations, or physical detection of nearby Wi-Fi or Bluetooth sensors). If your location is collected through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth from your mobile device or other Creality products, please note that such sensors and related data services may be provided by third parties. Third parties may provide such data services to Creality by accessing this information. You may provide your location information to third-party navigation service providers to receive location-based services on the product.

  • Device-Related Information: When you activate products and request after-sales service, you may provide us with your device information, including model and serial number. To provide after-sales service, our team may request device data from you. We collect and use the information you provide when you send instructions to the product.

  • Technical Information: When you visit our website or use our mobile applications, you may provide us with technical information about the browser or application running on your device. This information includes your IP address or device address, browser and/or device type/device serial number, webpages or websites visited before or after using our products or services, hardware version, and operating system.
